Like other services we accept your existing human resources or payroll data to create your programs. Unlike other services, we validate this data to ensure that our clients Affirmative Action Programs will not be cited for technical deficiencies during an audit, which can occur because of a simple data error.

Unlike other services, which offer additional workplace solutions, such as employee testing, coaching, organizational development, legal instruction, the design of benefits/salary plans, and others solutions too numerous to list, our main focus and objective is to provide you with the best Affirmative Action Program on the market.

Other services may utilize “boiler plate” software to generate the Affirmative Action Program, which may not accurately represent your organizational structure or workforce. Unlike these other services we can and do modify our software to ensure that your organization and workforce is accurately presented.

We do not presume to know everything about your organization, and are aware that changes can and do occur on a daily basis, changes which may impact upon the development and administration of your Affirmative Action Program. Unlike other services, we take the time to learn about your organization, and work with you to ensure that the Affirmative Action Program provides an accurate picture of your organization’s policies, structure and workforce.

Unlike other services, we do not require you to commit to multi-year contracts. Who needs to be locked into a multi-year commitment that may not meet their financial or workplace expectations?
