Compliance Reviews/Audits

Your organization will have thirty (30) days from receipt of the Office of Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCPs) OMB approved scheduling letter to submit its Affirmative Action Program and “additional items” as identified within the letter.

In addition, it is not uncommon to receive further requests from the auditor assigned to your organization’s review. Remember, the auditor may not be familiar with your organization, and even if they are, they may require additional data or clarification as to the documentation submitted by your organization.

In some cases an on-site audit may be necessary, even mandatory, and the auditor will advise your organization if that is the case. The “on-site” may include a tour of the facility under audit, review of additional documentation, and employee interviews.

Throughout the years we at Mark M. Mansell & Associates, LLC have successfully guided our clients through hundreds of federal OFCCP audits, and our AAPs have been found to be in compliance 100% of the time. Whether you choose to have us represent you directly, or provide behind the scenes support, or work in conjunction with your organization’s in-house/outside counsel, our extensive knowledge and years of experience will prove to be invaluable. Our main focus has always been to provide the best Affirmative Action Program on the market and tireless representation to organizations that are designated federal contractors/subcontractors.

“Distinct pleasure of knowing Mark for eighteen years….Mark’s intimate knowledge of the regulations was invaluable during compliance audits when we felt the compliance officer was making unreasonable demands. His representation, recommendations and technical expertise resulted in Letters of Compliance being issued by the OFCCP in record time for each of these assignments…..a knowledgeable and professional business person who along with his associates consistently delivers quality AAPs and services. Possesses high energy, fulfills all commitments in some of the most stressful situations. …maintains contemporary knowledge regarding organization behavior, industry trends and critical societal issue. Not a consultant that doesn’t have a “clue” as to how to implement these regulations, but is a real “problem solver.” Excellent rapport with all levels of staff on all assignments. His passion for excellence and work ethic would make him a tremendous asset to any business organization. I highly recommend Mark and his company without reservation.”
