Mark M. Mansell, Founder & President

In 1990, Mark M. Mansell decided to establish an EEO / Affirmative Action Consulting business with the main focus of providing Affirmative Action Programs and on-site representation during federal audits to organizations that were designated federal contractors / subcontractors. Over the years, Mark M. Mansell became Mark M. Mansell & Associates, L.L.C. and has expanded to include a wide range of services.

Prior to establishing his business, Mark served as an EEO Specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, where he conducted numerous audits of federal contractors. In addition, Mark has served with major corporations in the private sector as an Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist and Consultant, respectively.

As an Adjunct Instructor at Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Mark has presented highly interactive training sessions as to Quantitative Analysis and Goal Setting for Affirmative Action Programs. He continues to offer presentations on a variety of topics to all levels of management, many times working in conjunction with clients, designing programs that will meet their needs, and fulfill their expectations.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University, with a major in Environmental Management and a minor in Economics and Statistics. Skilled in IT, he also wrote and developed the software which generates the Affirmative Action Program, and specializes in working with clients to develop customized reports/presentations for their use.
