Achievement of Goal Report:
Measures the organization's success in meeting its prior year goals.

Benchmark Data Analysis as to Veterans:
Benchmark data analysis, utilizing the current annual national hiring benchmark as established/published by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and applicant/employee data provided by the organization.
OR; the development of individualized hiring benchmarks considering the five (5) factors as established by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and applicant/employee data provided by the organization.

Compliance Checks:
Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Compliance Checks. Assistance / preparation of all required documentation, as well as assistance with the preparation of any additional required reports to the OFCCP in regards to said compliance check.

Corporate Management Compliance Evaluation (CMCE):
Representation during a CMCE conducted by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (“OFCCP”). Preparation of required documentation for submission and assistance with the preparation of any additional required reports to OFCCP in regards to said CMCE.

Customized Reporting:
Developed in conjunction with the organization's specifications and requirements.

EEO-1 Categories:
Assignment of EEO-1 categories to job titles.

EEO-1 Reports:
Preparation and electronic submission of EEO-1 Reports to the applicable federal agency.

Establishment Review:
Representation during an Establishment Review conducted by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (“OFCCP”). Assistance/preparation of all required documentation for submission, as well as assistance with the preparation of any additional required reports to OFCCP in regards to said review.

Impact Ratio Analysis:
Analysis of personnel transactions to determine if there are selection disparities.

Job Grouping:
Combining job titles with similar wage, content and opportunity.

Mock Audits:
Mock Office of Federal Contract and Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audits are offered to identify areas of potential discrimination and internal issues that need to be clarified/corrected in order to protect the organization in the event of an actual OFCCP audit.

Monitor and analyze current record-keeping system:
Includes the maintenance of applicant flow, new hire data, promotion, transfer and termination data in accordance with the needs of the organization.

Occupational Coding:
Assignment of census codes to each individual job title.

Salary Analysis:
Generated by Job Title, Job Group and/or Salary Grade or Band by Average and Median method, to identify areas of potential concern.

Section 503 Focused Reviews:
Representation during a Section 503 Focused Review conducted by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (“OFCCP”). Assistance/preparation of all required documentation for submission, as well as assistance with the preparation of any additional required reports to OFCCP in regards to said review.

Training:
Subjects could include, but are not limited to, Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Compliance with regulations. Training can be tailored to meet the needs of the organization.

Utilization Goal Analysis-Individuals with Disabilities (IWDs):
Utilization analysis utilizing the current established/published utilization goal by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and applicant/employee data provided by the organization.

VETS-4212 Reports:
Preparation and electronic submission of VETS4212 Reports to the applicable federal agency.
